Federal Judicial Task Force ® Beginning in late 2007, the J.T.F. will begin investigating misconduct of Judges, Prosecutors, Attorneys, State Representatives, and other officials who have taken an oath to the people to preserve, defend, and uphold the constitution, who have gone against the constitution, and violated the rights of anyone while doing so.

Regardless of age, sex, religion, or race, every person within this nation has rights that are guaranteed, and cannot be taken away, or abridged by legislature, in any way. Yet, every year our government servants remove guaranteed immunities from us through unconstitutional restrictions that are not approved by public vote, and thus making those restrictions, and laws, void and unenforceable. Any acts that are in violation of the U.S. or state constitution, are not only civil in nature, but because those acts violated the laws under those said constitutions- they are also criminal. For the first time in history, any official who violates any law of state statute or under the constitution, and does so under color of law, will be charged, prosecuted, and convicted - regardless of who they are and of their position of office. Because the J.T.F. is under federal authority, officials will be tried outside the hands of their protectors. "WE THE PEOPLE" now have a voice, and "WE THE PEOPLE" are the government.
